DMCA Policy
This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy applies to the website "Perfect Queso Recipe" (hereinafter referred to as "the Site") and outlines the procedures for copyright holders to notify us of alleged infringement and for users to respond to infringement allegations.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notification containing the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled (e.g., the URL of the recipe page).
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the material.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district in which your address is located (or if your address is outside of the United States, in any judicial district in which Perfect Queso Recipe may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of the alleged infringement.
